I am proud to start my eight year serving in the Takoma Academy community where we are committed to not only providing quality experience and memories, but also going above and beyond to ensure you receive a well-rounded education.

​

I received my B.A. in Spanish from Southern Adventist University, a Master of Spanish Language and Culture from Salamanca University in Spain, and a second Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. I have taught for the last seventeen years.

​

I have taught grades K-12 in different settings, from public, charter, private to christian and Adventist schools. I love to travel and know about other people and their cultures. I have traveled all across the United States and to different countries abroad.

I believe in the joy of learning new things, and take great pride in watching my students thrive in the Spanish language. I enjoy teaching Spanish I and II, and I am committed to your successful academic experience.
